Custom stuff usually takes a bit longer, I'd say at least 2 weeks for them to make it before shipping. Might be tight for San Diego, depends on how fast their shipping is after that.

Mine took about 10 business days for a custom hoodie to be made, then like 4-5 days shipping to Florida. If you need it in 3 weeks, I'd probably email them to confirm before ordering.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. Just had to email them and they sent a label. Got my refund pretty quick.

I think as long as it's not custom and you haven't worn/washed it, they're cool with returns. You just gotta get it back to them within their window.

I've had a game day tee from them for like 6 months, still looks good. Just make sure to wash it inside out and cold, and air dry if you can.

I found them pretty true to size, maybe a tiny bit on the smaller side for some styles. If you want truly oversized, I'd probably go up one size from your usual.
